Field Trip to the Frye Request Form

The Field Trip to the Frye is offered every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 am–12 pm, September-June. Please note that some dates may be unavailable because of existing museum programs or exhibition schedules. Each date can accommodate a group of up to 50 students. If you are booking multiple classes for the same date, please indicate the other teacher names and emails in the notes section.

Field Trip to the Frye is free for public schools. For private schools (non-Title 1), the cost per program is $300 for up to 30 students and $450 for 31-50 students. For Title 1 private schools, the cost per program is $195 for up to 30 students and $300 for 31-50 students.
